Cancellation & Refund Policy

At StuckInStyle, we strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper care, or handling by the customer.

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect size received
Wrong product delivered

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories are missing.
The return request is made after the specified 7-day return period.
The product has been damaged due to improper use or care.

5. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and relevant photographs where applicable. Our team will provide further instructions after reviewing your request.
