  • Select size, color, or model

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout

  • Enter shipping details and complete secure payment

  • Receive order confirmation via email or SMS

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Gadgets/electronics only if defective on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours)

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or personalized/custom items

  • Electronics not reported as defective within 48 hours


🔄 Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability

  • Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility conditions

📧 To request an exchange, email care@asttars.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Required size/color


💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Asttars reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.


📝 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email care@asttars.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear product images (if applicable)

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours

  3. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided

  4. Please keep your courier tracking receipt for reference
